AVA wins an Award!

I was delighted to be informed today that my Beautiful Hoppy 3.5% Blonde – AVA has been awarded ‘Beer of the Festival’ in the up to 3.6% class at the CAMRA Bradford Beer Festival. Needless to say I am over the moon about this! Ever more so because Bradford was the first CAMRA festival to serve one of my beers. Many thanks to the good folks of Bradford for the accolade. I shall look forward to meeting all the volunteers from the festival and other award winners at the awards event in April. I’ll be sending along a cask of AVA in advance by way of thanks to the many volunteers from the local CAMRA branch who work so hard to make the festival possible.

I’m sure you will agree if you check out their website this is not going to be your average beer festival and to say I was chuffed when they asked to collaborate with me on a brew for the event would be an understatement.
